• Location: Wayne, PA (Hybrid preferred – 1–2 days onsite, remote considered)
• Duration: 9-month contract to hire (hired before 9 months benefits after 60 days)

Role Snapshot
This is an early-career Generative AI role focused on building and supporting AI models and data-driven solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and deploy generative AI models that support business workflows in a regulated, enterprise environment.
What You’ll Do
• Design and build generative AI models using deep learning techniques
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers and business teams to integrate AI into workflows
• Troubleshoot AI model issues and maintain technical documentation
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of AI, ML, or software development experience
• Experience with generative models or deep learning concepts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-changing environment
Nice to Have
• Master’s degree or additional AI/ML experience
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Visual Basic, SQL Server, or Microsoft Access
• Exposure to enterprise or mission-critical applications

Pay: $40.00 - $62.00 per hour
