AI Promptly Hired, LLC is a fast-growing, AI-native tech staffing platform that places elite AI/ML and software talent with clients in 72 hours or less. We operate on a subscription-based model (not an agency), and we are building a suite of internal and client-facing AI tools launching in Q1 2026.
We are looking for a strong part-time AI/ML Full-Stack Developer who can help build these systems and serve as our primary technical collaborator.
What You’ll Work On
You will help architect and build AI-powered tools including:
Phase 1 (Q1 2026 – Immediate Projects)
AI Matching & Predictive Placement Engine
AI Recruiter Copilot (LLM-powered automation)
Talent DNA Profiles (AI-generated resume summaries)
Speed-to-Talent analytics dashboard
Phase 2 (Q2–Q3 2026)
Client Subscription Portal (Next.js + FastAPI backend)
Bench-as-a-Service (instant talent cloud)
AI Candidate Concierge Chatbot
Smart Contractor Feedback Loop
Phase 3 (Q4 2026)
Recruiter Success Analytics
Skills Ontology + Auto-Tagging System
You don’t need experience with every item—but you must be strong with LLM integrations and backend development.
Required Skills
Please apply only if you have hands-on experience with most of the following:
AI / LLM Tools
OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral API integration
LangChain or LlamaIndex
RAG pipelines
Embeddings + vector stores (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)
Backend Development
Python (FastAPI or Django preferred)
OR Node.js (Express/Nest)
Full-Stack / Prototyping
Ability to build small, fast prototypes
Comfortable integrating no-code tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable)
Other Useful Skills
API design
Authentication & role-based access
Data ingestion / ETL
React / Next.js (not required but a bonus)
Ideal Candidate
You are a builder. You enjoy rapid prototyping, experimenting with LLMs, and working closely with a founder on high-impact products.
You’re comfortable with:

Working strategically with limited hours
If you've worked in HRTech, ATS/CRM tools, AI automation, or staffing systems, that’s a plus—but not required.
Hours & Compensation
10–20 hours per week
$20–$40 per hour (depending on skill & experience)
