Subject Matter Experts/AI Sector Evaluator (Independent Contractor)
Location: Remote within U.S.

We are seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the domains below with creative thinking and critical thinking skills to join our client as independent contractors for an AI training and model-development initiative. In this role, you’ll review AI-generated content, help shape workflows, and apply your expertise to improve model accuracy.
· Finance (Finance/Assets)
· Insurance (Policy Renewal and Retention)
· Retail
· Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the domain expert during the training and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuring contextual accuracy and industry relevance
· Provide expert feedback on model outputs, identifying errors, ambiguities, and opportunities to improve model reasoning and performance
· Stay current with emerging trends within your sport, bringing innovative ideas for practical implementation
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date evaluations
· Assess AI-generated outputs and identify gaps or inaccuracies
· Reinforce correct knowledge and address model misconceptions
· Translate expert insights into actionable refinements for AI
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree
· Subject matter expertise in Finance (Finance/Assets), Insurance (Policy Renewal and Retention), Retail or Marketing
· Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
· Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts for technical and non-technical teams.
· Ability to evaluate content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
· Ability to provide structured, guideline-based feedback.

· A curious, detail-oriented mindset with a drive to enhance AI systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
