The Opportunity • Start: Senior Full Stack Engineer (equity-only, part-time) • Grow: Engineering Lead or VP Engineering track (full-time + salary + expanded equity) • Timeline: MVP completion (3-6 months) → Funding → Leadership role & team buildout What You'll Build • Polish our React/TypeScript frontend into a world-class experience • Build our visual AI workflow system (Like n8n but specifically for AI) • Create interfaces for real-time multi-model AI orchestration • Scale to millions of users and lead a frontend team • Implement and connect to backend services What We've Already Built • Multi-LLM engine (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, 15+ models) • Visual workflow system for AI automations • RAG system for document ingestion • Agent backend with tool integration • Functional React app ready for polish Tech Stack Frontend The following are some of the libraries and tools we are currently using on the frontend: • React • Tailwind • NextJS • RadixUI • TanStack • LangChain • LangFlow Backend The following are soem of the libraries and tools we are currently using on the backend. • NodeJS • Supabase • Express • LangChain • LangGraph • etc. What We're Looking For • Technical: 5+ years building production web apps, React/TypeScript expertise, performance-obsessed • Mindset: Startup DNA, ownership mentality, AI-curious, leadership ready • Risk Profile: Ready to trade salary for equity in something big What We Offer • Founding team equity (vesting aligned with value creation) • Part-time to start (20+ hrs/week) for smooth transition • Competitive salary once we close a significant funding round ($1 million+) • Clear path to leadership as you help hire new team members and help Swizzle grow • Shape the future of AI tools for millions of users • Work directly with your co-founders on strategic decisions Why Now?
