BIP is currently expanding its footprint in the United States, focusing on growing its Capital Markets and Financial Services lines. About the Role:
As one of our banking clients accelerates its enterprise AI adoption, the organization is developing modern AI-augmented tooling to improve software development, testing, and release workflows. This role focuses on building and integrating AI-driven tools that streamline development processes, create automated test suites, and improve engineering productivity at scale.
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside around the posted city, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AI-driven test automation frameworks tailored for Python-based AI APIs and workflows.
• Build intelligent tools that automate Jira ticket creation, documentation generation, and requirements tracing.
• Develop SDLC enhancements that leverage LLMs or retrieval systems to improve developer velocity.
• Integrate AI-driven tools into CI/CD pipelines for automated validation, linting, and code quality checks.
• Partner with platform teams to ensure tools comply with our banking client’s governance, security, and IP policies.
• Create monitoring dashboards for SDLC health and automated test coverage.
• Evaluate emerging AI productivity tools and identify opportunities for adoption.
• Support quick-win initiatives that demonstrate immediate value to engineering teams.
Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of engineering experience in DevOps, QA automation, or SDLC tooling.
• Expertise in Python test frameworks (PyTest, unit test) and automation pipelines.
• Experience building or integrating AI-driven productivity tools (LLM-based code suggestions, test generation, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with secure SDLC requirements for large, regulated organizations.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) a plus.
• Ability to work across large enterprise teams and support global development workflows.
• *The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000**
