The Opportunity
The Senior Analyst, Responsible Use of Data and AI Communications & Change Management, plays a critical role in creating and maintaining Responsible AI awareness across the organization. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption and continuous engagement with MetLife’s Responsible Use of Data and AI program . It supports training development, change management, and communications strategies that enable the successful rollout and integration of Responsible Use of Data and AI practices across business units and regions. The role also plays a key part in advancing MetLife’s federated governance and shift-left initiatives. Additionally, this role is responsible for creating and tailoring Responsible Use of Data and AI-related presentations and materials for diverse audiences, including executives, regional partners, and business teams. The individual will collaborate closely with Learning & Development (L&D), regional partners, and the Responsible Use of Data and AI team to deliver impactful training, maintain a robust knowledge repository, and foster a culture of responsible innovation
How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
• Drive continuous engagement across the enterprise to sustain Responsible Use of Data and AI awareness and support the “Responsible Use of Data and AI by design” vision.
• Support organizational change efforts related to Responsible Use of Data and AI, including federation and shift-left adoption across lines of business and regions.
• Coordinate and develop training programs tailored to different audiences, including an abridged version for all employees and a detailed curriculum for Responsible Use of Data and AI practitioners.
• Liaise with Learning & Development (L&D) to ensure training content is created, maintained, and rolled out effectively across the enterprise.
• Organize and support lunch-and-learn sessions, workshops, and presentations to socialize Responsible Use of Data and AI practices and promote ongoing learning.
• Create and maintain the Responsible Use of Data and AI knowledge repository, ensuring it remains current, accessible, and aligned with program goals.
• Lead communication efforts including newsletters, executive presentations, and internal social channels to promote Responsible Use of Data and AI awareness and engagement.
• Create and tailor Responsible Use of Data and AI-related presentations and materials for diverse audiences, including executives, regional partners, and business teams.
• Collaborate with regional partners to ensure consistent messaging, documentation, and support for Responsible Use of Data and AI adoption across time zones and geographies.
• Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve training, communications, and awareness strategies.
Required Skills:
• 5-7 years of experience in communications, training development, organizational change management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and Responsible AI principles, including ethical, legal, and societal considerations.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide training and change management programs.
• Proven ability to create and tailor presentations and messaging for diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and global business units.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex concepts and drive engagement.
• Experience managing knowledge repositories, internal communications platforms, and socialization campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones and with regional partners, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and collaboration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or enterprise risk and compliance programs is a plus.
• Certifications related to change management such as Certified Change Management or Prosci ® Change Management Certification or Professional ( CCMP) are preferred.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 - $151,525. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
