WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our AI Implementation Specialist, you'll help our company adapt efficient AI processes and familiarize staff with different platforms to optimize productivity and increase success. You'll help make our business more competitive and make it easier for team members to serve customers! This part-time position involves evaluating our current software, reviewing our workflows and operating procedures, and determining what AI tools would be the best fit. Then, you'll train staff on these tools and instruct them on incorporating AI into their daily processes. As new tools come out, you'll implement the most compatible platforms to help us continually improve and grow!
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This part-time role works 10 to 20 hours per week with some flexibility for required training.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
• Experience using generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.
• Solid knowledge of process optimization
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to train others and explain technical concepts in understandable terms
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs or goals
• Knowledge of Smartsheets preferred
