What You'll Do:
• Adopt a 'user mindset' to generate realistic data that aligns with how you would engage with AI.
• Evaluate AI outputs by assessing and ranking responses from large language models.
• Contribute to various projects based on your unique skills and experience.
What We're Looking For:
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to craft complex prompts and assess sophisticated AI reasoning.
• Strong Writing: Clearly articulate decisions and critiques with engaging writing.
• Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and the capacity to evaluate the technical dimensions of model outputs.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, or related fields.
• Previous writing or editorial experience (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• A genuine interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.
Pay & Logistics:
• Base Rate: Based on location: US $16.07, GB £13.30, CA $20.50, AU $26.25, IE €14.60, NZ $26.00.
• Bonuses: Additional compensation based on project performance.
• Type: Freelance/1099 contract - not an internship.
• Location: 100% remote.
• Schedule: Flexible hours - you set your own working schedule.
• Payouts: Weekly through our secure platform.
