## Job Description

## Qualifications
### Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher (or currently enrolled).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop complex prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.
- Excellent writing skills to create clear, concise, and engaging explanations or critiques.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in assessing technical aspects of model outputs.
