Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned AI Consultant with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Mortgage Lending processes.
This is a full-stack AI engineering and consulting role, where you will design, build, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions while working directly with enterprise mortgage clients.
The role involves pre-sales, solutioning, rapid prototyping, architecture design, and hands-on implementation across cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and translate mortgage business challenges into AI/ML opportunities.
• Lead pre-sales discussions, workshops, and technical solutioning.
• Build PoCs, demos, and detailed AI blueprints.
• Define AI maturity assessments and enterprise roadmaps.
• Build ML and GenAI pipelines (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Design agentic AI workflows for underwriting, document processing, and customer service.
• Implement RAG systems, fine-tuning pipelines, and embedding-based retrieval.
• Develop APIs and containerized deployments using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Deliver AI workloads across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Set up MLOps/LLMOps: experiment tracking, CI/CD, governance, and monitoring.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant production deployments.
• Apply AI to loan origination, underwriting, credit risk, fraud detection, and servicing.
• Build compliant and explainable models aligned with mortgage regulations.
• Develop GenAI copilots and intelligent agents for document review and borrower interactions.
• Support RFPs, client presentations, and innovation showcases.
• Mentor teams on AI, GenAI, and emerging agentic architectures.
• Act as a domain expert in client meetings and industry forums.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 12–15+ years in AI/ML; 2+ years in GenAI/LLMs/Agentic AI.
• Strong ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision expertise.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain.
• Hands-on deployment experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong Docker/Kubernetes & API development (FastAPI/Flask).
• MLOps/LLMOps experience (MLflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Kubeflow).
• Deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycle and lending workflows.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, explainability, bias detection.
• Background in enterprise AI governance or multi-agent systems.
• MBA or mortgage domain certifications.
