AI Operations Manager (Bridge Between CEO, AI Engineer & Tech)

Be the translator between business and AI. You’ll take the CEO’s vision and turn it into action — mapping workflows, deploying AI agents, and measuring ROI. This is the bridge role that keeps business, engineering, and automation perfectly aligned. You’ll operationalize the company’s AI systems (like Dricus, Breeze Mind, and DiversyFund.AI) so they drive real revenue, efficiency, and growth.
What You’ll Do
· Convert business goals into executable AI workflows (investor engagement, lifecycle optimization, lead scoring).
· Manage and deploy AI agents across sales, marketing, and investor relations.
· Document and optimize workflows across HubSpot, Stripe, and portal systems.
· Partner with AI Engineer to ensure clean data training and secure model deployment.
· Track, test, and report performance metrics tied to ROI.
· Maintain prompt libraries, datasets, and AI logic docs.
· Train internal teams on AI tools and usage.
· Discover and integrate new AI tools that drive measurable productivity gains.
· Report weekly KPIs and results directly to the CEO.
90-Day Impact Goals
· Map all AI touchpoints companywide.
· Identify and automate 10 workflows within 60 days.
· Launch the first AI-driven investor follow-up system.
· Build and maintain an AI Performance Dashboard.
· Create the AI Operations Playbook for scaling.
What You Bring
· Proficiency in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Zapier, API integration.
· CRM + data tools: HubSpot, GDrive, GHL, ClickUp, Slack.
· Experience managing cross-functional AI projects.
