Soft Skills • Problem-Solving Mindset – ability to analyze ITSM workflows and identify where automation adds value. • Analytical Thinking – skill in drawing insights from data, not just automating processes. • Collaboration & Communication – comfortable working with IT teams, explaining AI-driven recommendations, and documenting processes. • Adaptability & Curiosity – willingness to learn new ServiceNow features, AI tools, and enterprise IT processes quickly. Requirements: • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate student with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. • Only Junior or Senior-level students or May 2026 graduates are eligible. • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
