Competitive base salary with uncapped bonus potential Founding AE role with opportunity to advance/transition other positions in the startup Applications due by 12/8/25 About the Job • 90-120 day training ramp, receive coaching & mentoring from experienced sales executive • Meet with potential customers over video conference (No cold calls; we are flooded with intent-driven leads) • Follow-up on video meetings to ensure customers are launching trials of the product. The majority of trials lead to paying customers. • Represent the company at trade shows or other events as needed (10-15% travel) • Be excited and enthusiastic about helping our customers succeed in solving their problems. • Demo our product with clarity for how it solves the customers problems. • Answer questions about our product and use our AI chatbot (or get help from colleagues!) to answer questions when you don’t know the answer. • Invest time and energy to make our systems as powerful as possible. For example, make sure our AI chatbot gets updated with new knowledge when it does not know an answer. • Handle pricing questions and escalate challenging negotiations when necessary. • Employees follow Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. (Company is based in Boston, MA.) About Product Genius Product Genius is an early stage, high growth, AI startup that is deployed by e-commerce sites to provide a TikTok-like feed for each shopper. Shopper’s feeds are rich in content that our AI creates and curates. Our AI understands the shopper within seconds, and learns changing shopper interests, audiences, and market dynamics, learning in real time from shoppers across our network. Our AI is interacting with 11M+ US shoppers (over 4% of online US shoppers), providing sustained double-digit percent revenue lift for small and mid-sized businesses (SMB’s) compared with their original websites. This significantly helps SMB’s compete with big tech for selling online. We have top tier startup investors, with a long-range commitment to the company. Our founder previously founded Lyric Semi (machine learning microchips, acquired by Analog Devices) and Gamalon (early DARPA-funded AI language models). Who are we looking for? A great salesperson at Product Genius would be a great white-water river rafting guide or team captain or college tour guide. They would be great at working with people, saying, “Come join us on this fun, fast, adventure!” A great salesperson at Product Genius is also a bit of a geek who loves playing with new apps and new AI tech, and sharing it with others. To be successful you: Are a self-starter who shows initiative Are scrappy, resourceful, determined Are clever and a fast learner Are charismatic and articulate in person and over video Are an excellent written communicator Are firm and calm in the face of resistance Are highly organized and detail oriented Are familiar with CRMs and tools for digital collaboration across remote teams All applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
