The Role: This is a focused, high-leverage role perfect for a consultant or experienced professional. For 15-25 hours a week, you will be our lead "systems journalist" for a select group of clients. Your responsibilities will be to: • Conduct Expert Interviews: Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand and document their core operational workflows. • Create the Blueprint: Translate your findings into clear, structured process maps that our AI development team can use to build automated solutions. • Provide Strategic Feedback: Act as the client's advocate by testing the AI agents and ensuring they are practical, effective, and ready for implementation. This Role is for You If: • You have a deep well of business experience to draw from (a degree is not important to us). • You are an exceptional listener and interviewer, skilled at extracting information with empathy and precision. • You are comfortable with technology and curious about the practical application of AI. • You operate best independently, with the confidence to lead and advise senior-level clients.
