A seed-stage, well-funded startup is rethinking how companies grow through digital media ->> they’re developing autonomous, intelligent systems that help brands discover the most effective and profitable ways to grow through digital channels, without relying on expensive agencies or endless manual optimization. The goal is to make media-driven growth more efficient, more transparent, and far less painful.
The company was founded by experienced operators with deep backgrounds in large-scale AI systems, research, and product development at FAANG orgs. They are backed by leading VCs firms angels, and already work with multiple fast-growing consumer brands as paying customers.
This is a Founding Engineer role with significant ownership and influence. The person in this position will help define and build the core technology stack from the ground up, working across AI, data infrastructure, and system orchestration to power a new generation of intelligent, autonomous products.
The work involves tackling open-ended, technically challenging problems and turning them into reliable, production-ready systems. It’s a chance to work close to the product, the models, and the customers, shaping both the technical direction and the end experience. This is a small team environment where engineers have a real voice, move quickly, and take responsibility for shipping meaningful work.
What They’re Looking For
• 3+ Years' commercial experience in Software Engineering & high-slope characteristics - top school, tech businesses, startup etc.
• Strong technical ability demonstrated through shipped products, startups, research, open-source work, or other hands-on projects
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact problems and driving them to completion
• Interest in AI-driven systems, decision-making, and automation (e.g. agents, reasoning, learning systems, reliability)
• Curiosity about how digital media, distribution, and growth actually work at scale
• Someone who enjoys building from zero and setting technical foundations
