• "Job Seeker" refers to individuals searching for employment opportunities
• "Content" refers to all information, text, graphics, or other materials on the platform
• "Services" refers to all features and functionality provided by AI Career Hub
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to AI Career Hub and its operators
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You must verify your email address before posting jobs
User Conduct
• Use the platform only for legitimate job posting and seeking activities
• Provide truthful and accurate information in all interactions
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activity to our support team

• Priority placement at top of listings
• Highlighted styling and featured badge

• Inclusion in weekly newsletter
• Advanced analytics dashboard

Job Posting Requirements
• Jobs must be for legitimate, legal employment opportunities
• All required fields must be completed accurately
• Job descriptions must be at least 30 characters and provide meaningful detail
• Contact information must be valid and actively monitored
• Jobs must comply with applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination requirements
• No pyramid schemes, MLMs, or misleading compensation structures
Payment Terms
Payment Processing
• Featured job posting fees are processed through Stripe
• Payment is required before job posting goes live
• All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
• Payment information is handled securely and not stored on our servers
Refunds and Cancellations
• Featured job posting fees are generally non-refundable once payment is processed
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures
• Disputed charges should be reported within 7 days of payment
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our terms without refund
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing paid listings but will apply to new purchases after the effective date of the change.
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
• You retain ownership of content you submit (job postings, company information)
• You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you submit
• You must not submit copyrighted material without permission
• We may remove content that violates intellectual property rights
Our Content
• The platform design, code, and functionality are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission
• We aggregate job data from public sources under fair use principles
• Data compilation and presentation methods are proprietary
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform for:
• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job opportunities
• Collecting personal information for unauthorized purposes
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Circumventing our security measures or payment systems
• Scraping or automated data collection without permission
• Posting adult content, discriminatory language, or hate speech
• Impersonating other companies or individuals
• Disrupting the platform's functionality or other users' experience
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Posting jobs that require illegal activities or unethical practices
Content Moderation and Review
Review Process
• All job postings undergo manual review before publication
• We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any content
• Standard postings are reviewed within 48 hours
• Featured postings receive priority same-day review
• We may request additional information to verify job authenticity
Enforcement Actions
• Warning notices for minor violations
• Content removal for policy violations
• Account suspension for repeated violations
• Permanent account termination for serious violations
• Reporting to authorities for illegal activities
Privacy and Data Protection
• Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information
• Job postings and company information are publicly visible on our platform
• Contact information is protected and only shared through legitimate application processes
• We implement security measures to protect user data
• You have rights regarding your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• We comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Third-Party Services and Subprocessors
• Payment processing provider (paid features)
• Email service provider (transactional communications)
• Authentication and database providers (sign-in and storage)
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure provider (serving the app)
• Analytics provider (see Privacy Policy)
Your use of our services may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy notices where applicable.

• You remain solely responsible for the content you publish.
Automated Access
• Scraping or automated collection is prohibited without prior written consent.
• Rate limits and technical measures may be used to prevent abuse.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Career Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or relating to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination

• Job postings may remain live until their expiration date

Our Right to Terminate
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Termination may be immediate for serious violations
• We may discontinue services with reasonable notice
• No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to violations
Governing Law and Disputes
