For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $120,000 - $155,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. This role will support the People.AI Program director on defining strategy & evaluating change management approaches for our AI tools, building and updating training materials, delivering structured training sessions to Service Operations and Commercial teams, driving communications within the community, and facilitating feedback sessions to foster continuous improvement and engagement. This role also engages highly with Adoption Specialists to ensure clear execution of the Change strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and refine change management strategy & approaches for the adoption and integration of AI tools within the organization. • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training assets that effectively convey the use and benefits of AI tools. • Group users into logical cohorts based on their roles and needs and deliver training and follow-up sessions tailored to these cohorts. • Facilitate information exchange and best practice sharing among cohort members to enhance knowledge transfer and collaborative learning. • Drive internal communications related to AI tool adoption and provide updates to the community about upcoming training, resources, and best practices. • Animate and facilitate feedback sessions to gather user insights and concerns, ensuring voices from the community are heard and addressed. • Collaborate & influence stakeholders to identify change impacts and define the necessary support needed for successful adoption of AI tools. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and training programs, adjusting strategies as needed. • Create and maintain documentation that tracks change management efforts, training sessions, user feedback, and ongoing communications. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Change Management). • Proven experience in change management, training design, and delivery, preferably within a technology or AI-related environment. • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their application. • Stakeholder influencing abilities across different levels of the organization, especially senior leadership • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. • Experience developing training materials and conducting training programs tailored to different user groups. • Ability to analyze feedback and data to improve training and change management effectiveness. • Data Analysis skills and Business Intelligence experience is a plus • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in this field • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for AI technology and its role in business transformation. • Experience launching communication & training campaigns from start to finish with proven success • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Video editing is a plus • knowledge of AI tools to support content creation is preferred • Perfectly Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and across diverse cultures • Building and engaging a large community of people from diverse personas and backgrounds What We Offer: • A dynamic and innovative work environment at the forefront of AI technology. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Competitive salary and benefits package.
