As an integral part of our team, you will work in an innovative area focused on training AI Assistant models to better serve finance professionals. Your expertise will guide us in refining AI's understanding of critical financial concepts and decision-making processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Review and enhance AI Assistant responses regarding macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets. • Utilize your educational background and work experience to validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs. • Challenge the models with real-world scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities. • Provide clear and structured feedback to help improve the AI for the next iteration. To thrive in this position, you should possess: • Expert-level financial reasoning and formal education in a finance-related field. • A Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred. • Experience in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning. This position offers: • Full-time or part-time remote work with the freedom to select projects. • Flexibility to work on your own timetable. • Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with performance bonuses for high-quality work. Requirements include: • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). • Detail-oriented with a strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
