The Role We’re hiring an Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI agents across the company. This is a hands-on builder role focused on: • Creating production-ready AI agents • Orchestrating multi-step workflows • Integrating AI into real business systems You’ll work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into working systems that drive real outcomes. What You’ll Do • Design and build AI agents for marketing, sales, and operations • Develop multi-step workflows and agent orchestration systems • Integrate LLMs with internal tools, APIs, and data systems • Build and deploy automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, etc. • Create AI-driven systems for: • Lead qualification • Content generation • Research pipelines • Internal copilots • Rapidly prototype and iterate on new agent-based solutions • Monitor and improve performance of deployed agents • Help define our internal agent architecture and best practices What We’re Looking For Core Skills • Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering • Experience building or experimenting with AI agents or workflows • Familiarity with tools like: • OpenAI / Claude APIs • LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks • Zapier, Make, n8n • Ability to integrate APIs and connect systems • Basic scripting ability (Python or JavaScript preferred) Builder Mindset (“Vibe Coding”) We’re looking for someone who: • Ships fast and iterates quickly • Builds functional systems without overengineering • Uses modern dev tools (Cursor, Replit, etc.) • Thinks in workflows and systems, not just prompts • Is comfortable working with ambiguity Bonus Points • Experience with multi-agent systems • Web3 knowledge (wallets, smart contracts, onchain data) • CRM or marketing automation experience • Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience Who You Are • Early in your career (1–4 years or strong self-taught background) • A builder first — you learn by doing • Curious and constantly experimenting with new tools • Interested in the future of AI agents and autonomous systems • Excited to grow into a senior AI / systems role Why Join ChainIT • Build real AI agents that impact the business day one • Work directly with leadership on high-impact initiatives • Help define how AI operates across an entire company • Grow into a senior role as we scale Be at the forefront of AI + Web3 + automation Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Parental leave Application Question(s): • Describe an AI agent or multi-step AI workflow you've built.
