Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The Intern, AI Business Enablement will partner with business stakeholders and leadership to identify, design, and implement high-value automation solutions using AI tools and platforms across the enterprise. This role also serves as a key AI resource — documenting processes, building repeatable playbooks, and supporting leadership in operationalizing AI across business functions. The ideal candidate is an AI-native self-starter with high agency, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate emerging technology into practical outcomes within a fast-paced 10-week program. Job Responsibilities Supports the identification of high-value business processes suitable for AI-driven automation and assists in building agentic solutions to streamline them. Designs and implements automation workflows using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), no-code/low-code platforms, coding, and other AI tools. Documents AI workflows, processes, and best practices to build institutional knowledge, enable adoption across teams, and ensure continuity beyond the internship. Partners with business stakeholders across departments to understand pain points and deliver tailored AI solutions. Evaluates and recommends emerging AI tools and platforms for enterprise use cases. Presents findings, progress, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams. Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Education & Experience 4-year college degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or other related field in progress. Open to students starting their senior year. 3.0+ GPA. Skills Evidence of high agency — personal projects, content creation, or a social media presence demonstrating initiative (preferred, not required) Proficiency with AI tools and platforms (LLMs, automation tools, AI-assisted content & software creation) Ability to identify business process inefficiencies and design practical solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently with minimal direction in ambiguous environments Competencies Client Focus – Providing service excellence to internal and/or external clients. Other Requirements Internship length varies – 10 weeks for Summer; temporary role. Location: New York, NY The Targeted Salary for this New York position is $20.00 hourly. Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Installer roles are Productivity Pay eligible. Ultimate compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, scope and responsibility of the position, as well as pursuant to salary market benchmarks. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of the salary for this position.
