Title: Data Analyst or Data & AI Specialist Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75051 Duration: Contract Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Hybrid Pay Rate: $50/HR to $60/HR Job Description: • We are seeking a skilled Data & AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning. • This role bridges data engineering, analytics, and AI model development to deliver actionable insights and scalable intelligent systems that support business objectives. • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and AI initiatives. • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive use cases. • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and communicate findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. • Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. • Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems. • Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data technologies.
