We are venturing into an exciting new domain—training AI Assistant models to better serve finance professionals. We are looking for experienced finance specialists with advanced degrees (MBA+) and relevant professional experience to contribute to refining AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making processes. As a member of our team, your responsibilities may include: • Reviewing and refining AI Assistant responses concerning macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets. • Utilizing your education and experience to critique the reasoning and accuracy of AI Assistant outputs. • Challenging the models with intricate, real-world scenarios to test their reasoning capabilities. • Providing structured feedback to enhance each AI iteration, making it smarter and more reliable. To excel in this role, you should possess expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline. A Master's or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred. Suitable backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning. Responsibilities: • Challenge AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems, and assess their outputs. • Evaluate the performance and correctness of AI models. Qualifications: • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). • Detail-oriented and analytical. • Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and reasoning exercises related to financial management. • A current, in-progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
