We are seeking seasoned finance experts with advanced degrees (MBA or higher) and relevant professional experience to leverage their expertise in shaping how AI comprehends financial principles and decision-making. As a key member of our growing team of finance professionals, your role may include: • Reviewing and refining AI Assistant responses related to macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets. • Utilizing your education and professional experience to assess the reasoning and accuracy of AI Assistant outputs. • Challenging the models with intricate real-world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning capabilities. • Providing clear, structured feedback to enhance each iteration of the AI, making it smarter and more reliable. To thrive in this role, you should possess: • Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related field. • A Master's or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred. • Relevant backgrounds such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning. Responsibilities: • Present diverse and complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their solutions. • Assess the outputs produced by AI models for accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). • Detail-oriented with a strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis related to finance management. • A current, in progress, or completed Master's or PhD is preferred but not required.
