Role Description Role Senior Agentic AI Engineer Experience Bachelors Degree with 8 years of relevant experience including seniorlevel Agentic AI development experience Job Summary We are seeking a Sr Agentic AI Engineer for an onsite role supporting COUNTRY Financial The role will focus on handson Agentic AI development across different phases of the software development lifecycle using Microsoft Foundry Python Okta Azure Container Apps and Spring Java in a DevSecOps and SAFe Agile environment Key Responsibilities Design and develop Agentic AI solutions across different phases of the software development lifecycle Build handson AI capabilities and workflows using Microsoft Foundry and Python Develop and integrate enterprise application components using Spring Java Implement secure identity and access integration using Okta Deploy and manage AIenabled application components using Azure Container Apps Apply DevSecOps practices throughout solution design development integration and deployment Manage source code collaboration and delivery workflows using GitLab Track delivery activities in Rally and participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies Primary Skills Handson Agentic AI solution development using Microsoft Foundry Strong Python development skills for AI workflows orchestration and integration Experience with secure authentication and identity integration using Okta Experience deploying applications and services using Azure Container Apps Working knowledge of Spring Java for enterprise application integration Secondary Skills DevSecOps practices across the software development lifecycle GitLab for source control and delivery workflows Rally for Agile planning and delivery tracking Experience working in a SAFe Agile delivery model Good To Have Experience integrating Agentic AI capabilities with enterprise applications and platforms Understanding of secure containerized AI application deployment patterns Ability to contribute across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle Soft Skills Strong analytical and structured problemsolving skills Effective communication and collaboration across business and technology teams Ability to work independently in an onsite Agile delivery environment Other Details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
