Astraea is building the AI operating system for clinical trials.
Clinical development today is slowed down by fragmented systems, manual data workflows, and months of handoffs between data management, biostatistics, statistical programming, clinical operations, and regulatory teams. Astraea helps life sciences teams move faster by turning protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and raw clinical data into validated, traceable outputs for trial execution and submission.
We are starting with clinical trial biometrics and data management: SDTM, ADaM, TFLs, edit checks, query management, QC, audit trails, and FDA-ready packages. Our goal is to collapse months of clinical trial work into days while keeping humans in the loop for review, validation, and regulatory confidence.
We are YC-backed and working with sponsors, CROs, and clinical development teams to build the next generation of clinical trial infrastructure.
