What you'll do...Role summary:
The AI Program Manager, Implementation for Technology Operations, leads the delivery of AI and automation capabilities that power Mission Control and Platform Stability. This role owns end-to-end execution—from identifying high-impact business use cases to launching scalable, production-ready AI solutions that improve platform reliability, reduce preventable cost, and accelerate issue detection and resolution. Sitting at the intersection of operations and technology, the role translates complex, ambiguous problems into measurable business outcomes.
About the team:
You’ll join the Platform Stability organization, which serves as the frontline defense for the Spark Driver platform. Within it, Mission Control acts as the nerve center for real-time monitoring, signal triage, and incident intelligence. The team is evolving from traditional monitoring into an AI-enabled operations engine, leveraging data, automation, and anomaly detection to proactively identify issues and enable faster, smarter interventions across Last Mile Delivery.
What you'll do:
You will lead AI program delivery across Mission Control, including use case discovery, prioritization, build, rollout, and adoption. This includes running the AI Council, shaping high-value AI and automation initiatives, translating operational workflows into scalable solutions, and orchestrating execution across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Technology Operations. You will embed AI insights into daily operations, define adoption and change plans, and communicate measurable business impact to senior leadership.
What you'll bring:
You bring 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or technical delivery, with a proven track record of launching AI, ML, or automation solutions into production. You have strong cross-functional leadership skills, business acumen, and executive-level communication. You understand modern AI systems well enough to evaluate tradeoffs and business impact, are comfortable operating in ambiguity, and have experience driving adoption, change management, and continuous improvement in large-scale platforms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
