Role: Gen AI Creative Director Location: New York, New York About the role:We're seeking an expert Creative Director to work alongside our senior creative leadership to lead the integration of GenAI innovation with creative excellence in the luxury and spirits sectors. This pivotal role demands pioneering new creative development approaches while maintaining the highest standards of craft and design. What you will be doing: • Guide creative teams in crafting innovative, GenAI-driven solutions that align with luxury brand values. • Drive exceptional creative quality across all channels, leveraging AI to elevate premium brand standards. • Advocate for the integration of AI tools and methodologies in the creative process. • Provide expert creative leadership for beauty and wellbeing clients, ensuring work resonates with sophisticated audiences. • Develop and nurture creative talent, fostering a culture of AI innovation and design excellence. • Build trust with clients in GenAI applications while safeguarding brand integrity. • Lead teams in employing tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly to enhance creative output. • Establish and ensure adherence to GenAI implementation standards for luxury brand work. • Maintain exceptional craft and design quality across all projects. • Pioneered innovation in GenAI applications while preserving brand equity. • Conduct reviews with constructive feedback to continually elevate work quality. What you need to be great in this role: • 10+ years in creative leadership with significant exposure to luxury or spirits brands. • Proven history of award-winning work and team leadership. • Deep understanding of GenAI technologies and their creative applications. • Strong appreciation for craft, design, and luxury brand aesthetics. • Experience in mentoring and developing creative talent. • Excellence in client presentation and stakeholder relationships. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and GenAI platforms. • Multi-market or global brand experience. • Track record of successful GenAI implementation in creative projects. • Expertise in digital-first creative development. • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $157,250.00 to $175,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
