We are looking for seasoned finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA or higher) and significant experience to help shape how AI understands financial principles and decision-making. In this role, you will have the chance to: • Review and refine AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets. • Utilize your academic and professional background to assess the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs. • Challenge the models with intricate and real-world financial scenarios to identify their reasoning strengths and weaknesses. • Provide structured and constructive feedback to enhance each iteration of the AI's capabilities. To excel in this position, you should possess: • Expert-level financial reasoning along with formal training in a finance-related field. • A Master's degree or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred. • Strong backgrounds in Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning. Responsibilities: • Evaluate AI chatbots by providing them with diverse and complex financial problems. • Assess the output quality and performance of AI models for accuracy and effectiveness. Qualifications: • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). • Detail-oriented with strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and reasoning exercises related to finance management. • A current, in-progress, or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not required.
