This role focuses on designing and implementing context modeling frameworks that improve decision accuracy, explainability, and auditability across enterprise AI platforms. Your role As an AI‑First Context Engineer, you will play a critical role in enabling intelligent, trustworthy AI decisions by integrating business, operational, and system context into modern analytics and AIOps solutions. Lead the design and implementation of context modeling frameworks to enhance AI‑driven decision outcomes. Enable AI‑first decision intelligence by integrating business, operational, and systems context into analytical and decision‑support models. Perform advanced systems and data analysis to identify root causes, trends, and dependencies impacting AI decision quality. Support AIOps and modernization analytics initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams. Define and enforce standards for decision accuracy, traceability, explainability, and auditability in AI/ML systems. Establish metrics, controls, and dashboards to measure decision effectiveness and operational impact. Ensure analytical models and decision logic comply with enterprise governance, risk, and audit requirements.
