About The Job You’re Considering Capgemini is seeking an AI‑First Context Engineer to drive context and analytical intelligence for AI‑driven decision systems. This role focuses on designing and implementing context modeling frameworks that improve decision accuracy, explainability, and auditability across enterprise AI platforms. Your role As an AI‑First Context Engineer, you will play a critical role in enabling intelligent, trustworthy AI decisions by integrating business, operational, and system context into modern analytics and AIOps solutions. Lead the design and implementation of context modeling frameworks to enhance AI‑driven decision outcomes. Enable AI‑first decision intelligence by integrating business, operational, and systems context into analytical and decision‑support models. Perform advanced systems and data analysis to identify root causes, trends, and dependencies impacting AI decision quality. Support AIOps and modernization analytics initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams. Define and enforce standards for decision accuracy, traceability, explainability, and auditability in AI/ML systems. Establish metrics, controls, and dashboards to measure decision effectiveness and operational impact. Ensure analytical models and decision logic comply with enterprise governance, risk, and audit requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing stakeholders across product, platform, and leadership teams. Your Skills And Experience 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, data analytics, decision intelligence, or related roles. Strong expertise in context modeling and AI decision enablement. Hands‑on experience supporting AIOps, observability platforms, or modernization analytics programs. Solid understanding of AI decision quality, including accuracy, explainability, and auditability. Ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable business recommendations. Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise‑scale AI/ML platforms. Exposure to AI governance, compliance, or analytical risk frameworks. Familiarity with modernization and digital transformation initiatives in complex environments. SD1 The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $68,911 to $161,544 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
