As Director of Product Marketing for Databricks AI, you will lead the marketing strategy across Agent Bricks, our enterprise agent platform, and core machine learning products. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you’ll define and execute marketing strategies that drive AI adoption, enable sales and partners, generate pipeline for AI products, and drive developer adoption of AI. Partnering closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, you’ll translate product innovation into clear market narratives, compelling customer content, targeted campaigns, and impactful product launches.
The impact you will have:
Own the marketing strategy and planning for Databricks AI products
Build and land collaterals for key channels across sales, partner, and demand generation, including content campaigns and events
Create an always-on go-to-market plan and pilot new programs with a strong focus on winning AI mindshare, driving pipeline, and product adoption
Build a strong and collaborative partnership with product and engineering teams to launch new products
Increase global reach by working with field marketing, industry, events, and partner organizations to help scale the business globally
Build trust with customers and share their agentic AI customer stories
What we look for:
10+ years of technical product marketing experience in an enterprise software company
Experience with AI/ machine learning technologies
Strong understanding of AI decision makers and builders (developers, ML engineers), and experience in building relevant content for them
Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials and always-on GTM with proven results across the marketing funnel
Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements
Preferred BS in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with MBA

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
