In under a year they have won multiple U.S. Government prime contracts, are live on classified networks, and beat established defense primes in open competition. The team comes from the intelligence community, special operations, and frontier AI research, with backgrounds at some of the most respected names in defense and national security. About the Role They are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the core platform team. This is an end-to-end ownership role - you will build the features that put real AI tooling in the hands of intelligence analysts, compressing days of manual synthesis into minutes of analysis. Responsibilities • Designing and building FastAPI endpoints backed by PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy for agent configuration, workflow orchestration, and evaluation pipelines • Building interactive React and TypeScript features including conversation interfaces, workflow visualization, and knowledge-graph exploration • Owning durable workflow orchestration for long-running agent execution, including delegation, monitoring, and timeout propagation • Contributing to Python and TypeScript client SDKs for programmatic consumers • Writing contract-driven, test-first code across the full stack from database migration through API contract to UI state • Designing testing strategies for non-deterministic AI components using metamorphic and property-based testing approaches • Owning performance across the stack - API latency, query efficiency, render performance, and streaming latency Qualifications • Production Python: async patterns, relational modeling, layered services • Production React and TypeScript • Comfortable reasoning about data flow across every layer, from schema to UI state • Writes clean, well-tested code and works test-first Required Skills • Experience with agentic AI systems, harness engineering, or building on LLM APIs • Distributed task orchestration systems • Graph databases or vector search • Model Context Protocol or similar tool-use frameworks • Identity management via OAuth2/OIDC • Open-source developer tooling contributions • Background in intelligence analysis, OSINT, or analytical workflows • Cloud infrastructure on GCP or equivalent, including managed Kubernetes, managed databases, and secrets management
