Job Description This role serves as a strategic and operational partner to Technology leadership and AI product teams, driving firmwide AI enablement through training delivery, adoption communications, and coordinated rollout support. The role operates at the intersection of learning program execution, stakeholder communications, and product enablement—requiring strong judgment, executive-ready communication, and the ability to translate evolving capabilities into scalable training and materials for global audiences. Key Responsibilities Enterprise AI Training & Enablement • Lead and deliver firmwide AI training initiatives and recurring learning sessions for technical and non-technical audiences • Develop repeatable training programs, session cadence, and facilitation approach to support sustained adoption • Create structured training documentation and step-by-step guides used in live sessions and ongoing reference materials Communications & Adoption • Create and distribute adoption communications and enablement materials to drive awareness and engagement for AI and technology initiatives • Partner with Communications and Technology stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and timing of training/rollout communications • Act as a central point of coordination across IT, AI product teams, and business stakeholders to support smooth execution of enablement efforts Product Enablement & Stakeholder Coordination • Support rollout planning and ongoing enablement for AI/platform capabilities; coordinate user feedback loops and adoption insights • Participate in recurring product forums and cross-functional working sessions to ensure training and materials remain aligned to product changes • Maintain stakeholder coverage across U.S. and global audiences, adapting delivery to time zones and user needs Design, UX & Materials Development • Design and build user-facing workshop assets, presentations, guides, and visual materials that improve usability and adoption of platforms/tools • Produce polished, executive-ready enablement content for broad internal distribution and live facilitation settings Qualifications & Experience • Demonstrable experience delivering training programs and enablement initiatives across diverse (technical and non-technical) audiences • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with the ability to build clear, adoption-oriented narratives and materials • Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders (Technology, product teams, Communications, and business users) and drive follow-through • Highly organized, able to manage a recurring delivery cadence and multiple concurrent workstreams without loss of quality Preferred • Experience supporting AI, platform, or enterprise technology adoption programs in a complex organization • Comfort operating in fast-evolving environments where priorities, tooling, and messaging change frequently Technical Abilities & Skills • Proficient in Canva for creating engaging visual content and branded materials • Video editing and creation skills to develop multimedia training resources • Superstar-level PowerPoint expertise with advanced design and storytelling capabilities • Well-versed in AI technologies and current developments in the AI landscape, with ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences • Internal website design experience (e.g., SharePoint or similar platforms) – For creating intuitive, branded training hubs and self-service knowledge repositories • Data analysis/reporting capabilities – To measure training effectiveness, adoption metrics, and ROI of enablement initiatives • User research or feedback synthesis skills – To gather and act on user insights that inform training improvements • Strong facility with collaboration and presentation tools Core Competencies • Clear, executive-ready communication and strong facilitation skills • Stakeholder management across senior leaders and broad user communities • Operational rigor: cadence management, content quality control, and dependable follow-through Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $140,000.
