About the Role In this role, you will create and evaluate content used to train AI systems. Your work will involve writing structured prompts, reviewing AI-generated responses, and improving outputs to make them more accurate and natural for Korean users. This is ideal for someone who enjoys language, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently in a flexible environment. Key Responsibilities You will contribute to AI training in the following ways: • Prompt Writing: Create clear and well-structured prompts in Korean and English to test AI performance • Response Evaluation: Review and rank AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance • Content Creation: Write high-quality “golden responses” that serve as ideal answers • Quality Control: Ensure consistency, clarity, and correctness across task Minimum Qualifications • Native or near-native fluency in Korean (written) • Good English reading and writing skills • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) • Good analytical and writing skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or similar AI platforms Engagement & Compensation • Role Type: Freelance (Independent Contractor) • Location: Fully Remote • Compensation: $15 – $30 USD per hour (based on skill and assessment) • Payments: Bi-weekly • Projects may be extended based on performance and business needs.
