In short, we’re building the democratic infrastructure for AI. We partner with AI labs and governments to evaluate frontier models on questions automated benchmarks can’t capture — e.g. whether models respond safely to mental health crises, provide reliable legal advice across languages, or exhibit political bias. We’re looking for a Lead Product Engineer to build infrastructure behind this work. You’ll work on: - evaluation platforms used by AI labs and policymakers - systems for collecting and aggregating large-scale human judgment data - interfaces that help policymakers interpret evaluation results - infrastructure for large-scale public deliberation about AI Stack currently includes: TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Supabase, Vercel. You’ll have significant ownership over architecture and product direction. We’re hoping candidates are already familiar with Claude Code / Codex / Cursor, and are excited about using AI as a force amplifier across projects.
