Job Summary Electronics Universe is seeking a motivated Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics student for a flexible internship (part-time or full-time). We are looking for an "AI Power-User"—someone who understands how to leverage tools like OpenAI Codex (GPT-5), Anthropic Claude, and Google AI Studio to build and implement practical business automations. Your primary goal is to help Fixez.com transition away from traditional programming dependencies by using Agentic AI to orchestrate workflows. This role is ideal for a "hacker" mindset—someone who enjoys finding the fastest, most efficient way to solve problems using the latest AI technology. Duties • Prompt Engineering & Implementation: Utilize LLMs (Codex, Claude, Google AI Studio) to generate functional scripts and automation logic for daily business tasks. • Workflow Automation: Identify manual business processes and replace them with AI-driven solutions, such as automated data entry, order verification, or customer support flows. • Tool & Agent Management: Set up and manage "Agentic AI" workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or direct API implementations. • Legacy Reduction: Collaborate with the team to identify manual business systems and assist in replacing them with modern, AI-orchestrated systems. • Database Organization: Assist in managing and organizing company databases (SQL or NoSQL) to support AI-driven insights and efficiency. • Continuous Innovation: Research and implement emerging AI tools and LLMs to consistently improve company-wide automation. Requirements • AI Native: Highly proficient in using LLMs for technical output, not just text generation. • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and "sanity-check" code generated by AI. • Educational Path: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field OR self taught. • Problem Solving: A strong understanding of how data flows between systems and a proactive desire to implement new technologies. Compensation • Starting Rate: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience/portfolio). • Growth: Scale upward as you demonstrate the ability to deliver high-value, reliable automations.
