The Head of Transformation, AI, and Data is a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic transformation of the organization and OE clients through the innovative use of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital technologies. This role will focus on embedding AI and data-driven decision-making into the core of the business, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and change management skills to deliver tangible business outcomes and create long-term value. What you do Strategic Leadership: • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that leverages AI, data, and emerging technologies to achieve business objectives. • Act as a thought leader and advisor to the executive team on AI and data-driven opportunities, risks, and trends. • Drive alignment between business goals and technology initiatives, ensuring AI and data strategies are integrated into the overall corporate strategy. AI and Data Strategy: • Oversee the development and implementation of AI models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges. • Champion the use of data as a strategic asset, ensuring data governance, quality, and accessibility across the organization. • Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI and data, delivering measurable business outcomes. Transformation and Change Management: • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of AI and data technologies across all business areas. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning to drive organizational agility and adaptability. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of transformation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Team Leadership and Development: • Build and lead a high-performing team of AI, data, and transformation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. • Mentor and develop talent within the organization, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends and technological advancements. • Collaborate with People & Culture and other departments to upskill employees and promote digital literacy across the organization. Stakeholder Engagement: • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies. • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase thought leadership in AI, data, and transformation. What you bring • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. • 10+ years of experience in transformation, including AI, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data analytics, and digital transformation frameworks. • Strong knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and data privacy regulations. • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Python, R, SQL, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML frameworks. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results. • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage change and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. • A passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform business operations. The annualized base pay range for this role is $210,000-270,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the ATA total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, ATA also offers eligibility for an incentive-based annual bonus.
