We are seeking a talented finance professional to join our dynamic team as an AI Model Trainer. In this engaging role, you will be instrumental in training AI models by monitoring their progress, evaluating their logical reasoning, and addressing any challenges to enhance the quality and performance of each model.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing AI chatbots with diverse and complex financial problems to assess their outputs.
• Evaluating the accuracy and performance of AI-generated content.
• Collaborating with a team to improve the effectiveness of our AI solutions.
We prefer candidates with an expert level of financial reasoning, ideally with a completed or ongoing Masters or PhD in fields such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning. However, all highly skilled professionals are encouraged to apply.
This position offers:

Qualifications:
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.

• A completed, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
