Job Summary:
The AI Enablement Manager drives enterprise AI enablement efforts across the firm by blending strategy development, program execution, and team leadership, including oversight of enablement staff, contractors, or a matrixed team of AI champions across the firm. This role partners with internal stakeholders across IT, HR, business units, and technical AI teams to accelerate adoption of AI tools and embed new ways of working into day-to-day workflows.
The position serves as a bridge between technical and business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases, develop an adoption roadmap aligned to business objectives, and ensure responsible, consistent, and scalable AI usage. The AI Enablement Manager also designs and delivers AI learning and upskilling programs, including role-based learning paths, communications, and hands-on workshops to improve awareness, proficiency, and measurable adoption across the firm.
This role is critical to building the firm's AI-ready workforce and ensuring AI investments translate into measurable productivity and business outcomes.
Job Duties
• Designs and delivers AI literacy programs, including role-based learning paths, curricula, workshops, and hands-on AI labs for beginner and advanced users
• Assesses AI deployments and change readiness across the firm; build programs to support enablement efforts and adoption
• Leads workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions to drive confidence and practical usage of AI tools
• Creates and maintains AI enablement roadmaps, milestones, and readiness plans for rollout
• Partners with IT, HR, business unit leaders, and AI technical teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases
• Translates AI product capabilities into clear business value propositions and practical workflow integration plans
• Develops reusable enablement assets, including playbooks, quick reference guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation
• Builds and sustains AI champion/ambassador networks across business units; host recurring forums and provide champion enablement kits
• Establishes feedback loops with stakeholder groups to capture barriers, adoption insights, and enhancement needs
• Defines and monitors success metrics; report progress to leadership and stakeholder groups
• Coordinates change management activities to support communications, training, and reinforcement of AI solutions
• Ensures enablement approaches support consistent and responsible AI usage across functions and service lines
• Manages competing priorities and stakeholder expectations across multiple AI initiatives and timelines
• Travels to BDO offices as needed to support training delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Other duties as required

Education
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree, required, focus in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Organizational Change, or related field, preferred
Experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in program management, learning and development, change management, or technology enablement, required
• 2+ years of people management experience, required
• Experience supporting the rollout and adoption of AI tools, preferred
Software
• Experience in the following, preferred:
• ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar AI tool
• Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
• Power BI (adoption dashboard/reporting)
• Work management tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and data analytic concept with emphasis on generative AI and practical enterprise usage pattern
• Awareness of agentic AI concepts, multi-step AI workflows, and automation patterns as they apply to enterprise productivity
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, including usage policies, data privacy considerations, and ethical AI principles in an enterprise context
• Ability to evaluate AI opportunities and translate technical concept into clear business narrative and actionable guidance
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concept, responsible AI usage, and human-in-the-loop quality approach
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage audience across role level and function
• Strong written communication skills for learning content, enablement asset, and executive-ready update
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across technical and non-technical team
• Strong program management skills, including ability to define goals, manage timelines, and drive execution across dependencies
• Ability to define KPIs, measure adoption, synthesize feedback, and recommend course correction
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-changing technology landscape
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Maryland Range: $120,000 - $140,000
North Carolina Range: $120,000 - $140,000
Michigan Range: $120,000 - $140,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $120,000 - $140,000
