Home Data Recording – Help Shape the Future of Robotics (Remote, Paid) We’re looking for paid participants to record everyday activities from home using a head-mounted camera setup. Your recordings will help train robots to better understand and interact with the real world—while you earn income on your own schedule. No technical experience required—just your time, attention to detail, and ability to follow simple instructions. This is a part-time, remote role, allowing you to record from home on a flexible schedule. What to Expect • Fully remote – record from the comfort of your home • Flexible scheduling – record sessions around your availability • Typical participants record 3–5 sessions per week, 2–5 hours per session • No robotics or technical background needed • Project runs month-to-month based on performance and availability • Simple setup: use a provided head-mounted camera, record, and upload footage. Day in the Life You’ll record yourself at home performing common, everyday tasks such as: • Picking up, placing, stacking, and organizing objects • Sorting items by size, color, or category • Using simple tools (e.g., scissors, utensils, household items) • Cleaning, wiping, or tidying surfaces • Folding laundry or organizing spaces • Reaching for and placing objects at different distances Your goal is to capture consistent, high-quality video footage each week following provided guidelines. Compensation • $17–$22 per hour of usable footage (based on quality and consistency) • 1099 independent contractor role (no benefits or equity) Who You Are • Based in the United States • Authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen or green card holder; no CPT/OPT) • Detail-oriented and able to carefully follow instructions • Comfortable being on camera and performing everyday tasks • Able to move naturally and deliberately during recordings • Reliable and consistent with submissions • Comfortable using a head-mounted camera setup • Willing to complete a background check Who Can Apply We welcome people from all backgrounds.
