The Opportunity The EY.ai Simulation Hub is at the forefront of helping Fortune 500 clients navigate the rapidly changing AI landscape through innovative rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development. We create powerful demonstrations that deliver value, validate emerging technologies, and ease the path to confident AI adoption. As the AI Simulation Hub Enablement Leader, your mission will be to empower EY's data teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC by transforming them into self-sufficient AI prototyping labs. You will achieve this through structured training programs, reusable demo assets, and fostering a vibrant community of knowledge sharing. This role will amplify the Simulation Hub's proven methodologies from a centralized innovation team into a distributed global program. Core Responsibilities • Design and deliver engaging training programs (bootcamps, workshops) to equip internal EY teams and select clients with the skills needed to independently create AI data demonstrations and the accompanying documentation. • Develop reusable enablement tools such as demo templates, synthetic data templates, slide decks, instructional guides, and technical documentation for data teams to use in client interactions. • Create comprehensive activation plans for data teams that outline a clear path from initial training to independent client delivery, featuring measurable milestones for progress tracking. • Build and maintain a collaborative community that fosters knowledge sharing, troubleshooting, and the celebration of successes among EY teams working on AI data demos. • Support regional data teams throughout the training and client delivery processes, while providing resources and facilitating escalation to the Core Simulation Hub as necessary. • Manage the GDS Training Pod to ensure alignment with the quality standards and timelines set by the Core Simulation Hub. • Collaborate with strategic partners including Microsoft and NVIDIA to co-develop AI data demos and create compelling narratives for showcases and events. • Monitor and report on the performance metrics of enablement programs across regions, demonstrating impact to leadership. Skills Required: • 5-8 years of experience in program management, enablement, or capability building with a track record of successfully scaling programs. • Proficiency in designing training materials and onboarding programs that drive user adoption. • Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate program performance and communicate outcomes effectively to leadership. • Practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics, or related technology platforms. • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. • Adept at managing ambiguity and developing new AI programs in fast-moving environments. Ideal Candidate Also Has • Experience in consulting, innovation labs, or centers of excellence within Big 4 firms or technology corporations, especially in client-facing AI data enablement. • Proven experience in enhancing user adoption, developer communities, or platform engagement initiatives. • Familiarity with data governance, synthetic data generation, or AI/ML prototyping practices. • History of coordinating shared resources effectively. The base salary for this position falls between $125,900 and $235,500, with adjustments for specific Metropolitan areas.
