Remote, NY based (option for hybrid NY office based working)

Key responsibilities:
• Lead multi-entity month end close process with analysis and commentaries
• Own audit process under PCAOB
• Increase strength of management and Board reporting
• Continue to evolve and streamline Group processes and controls
• Support Product & Engineering functions on process automation
• Partner cross-functionally, particularly with Legal, RevOps, FP&A and Tax
• Develop and mentor a Group Control team
Candidate profile:
• Big 4 CPA (a must)
• Hyper-growth Series C-E scaleup experience (preferably pre-IPO)
• Strong US GAAP and ASC 606 grounding, with exposure to leading PCAOB processes (outside of Big 4)
• Experienced with building automation-first processes and controls
• Established and credible business partner who is able to advise, challenge and influence
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
