About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an AI Technical Project Manager within Digital Technology Innovation architecture team to manage and lead the AI architecture deliverables

In this role, you will:
• Plan, facilitate, and lead architecture and design review forums with senior technology leaders, enterprise architects, product teams, and delivery teams for AI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI solutions across the enterprise
• Drive high-quality architecture outcomes & ensure architectural alignment with enterprise AI principles, cloud-native standards, security-by-design, data governance, and Responsible AI requirements across all reviewed solutions
• Manage architecture review board deliverables, including action items, design artifacts, risk items, and decisions, ensuring timely closure and executive visibility
• Track tasks, assignments, and dependencies using JIRA, maintaining clear ownership, due dates, and status across architecture and delivery teams
• Provide concise, executiveready status reporting on architecture reviews, AI initiatives, risks, and remediation progress to senior leadership
• Act as a primary liaison between Enterprise Architecture, AI Governance, AI usecase teams, and technology delivery organizations, ensuring alignment from design through deployment
• Ensure AI solutions progress through required governance tollgates (e.g., JAD, AIRR) and that outcomes, controls, and remediation actions are documented and followed through
• Demonstrate strong handson knowledge of cloud platforms, Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures, modern application architectures, and scalable AI infrastructure (containers, APIs, data platforms)
• Coordinate structured technical evaluations and proofs of concept, ensuring consistent criteria across security, scalability, cost, governance, and enterprise reusability
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
• 2+ years of experience in a scaled agile environment
• 2 years of Gen AI and LLM onboarding/prompt engineering experience
• 2 years of AI observability experience
Desired Qualifications:
• Jira Align or similar experience across lines of business
• Experience in working on enterprise content management products such as Open Text, ADOBE, IBM Filenet etc
• Experienced in leading team of teams or scrum of scrum efforts
• Experience leading portfolios and leading mid-size teams, to include resource allocation.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and sponsors to remove roadblocks and drive progress.
• Project status reporting and executive communication experience
• PMP Certification
• Any Cloud certification
Job Expectations:
• This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
