Interfaces with customer engineers and managers to develop or enhance complex computer-aided engineering design or manufacturing processes through the use of Siemens CAD/CAM tools and integration of AI technologies. Expectations include... • Designs and implements AI-driven automation solutions with Siemens CAD/CAM tools, including LLM-based workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent scripting pipelines • Bridges mechanical engineering domain expertise with modern AI capabilities to deliver innovative solutions, prototypes, and customer-facing applications • Experience working in an enterprise organization utilizing Siemens CAD/CAM tools • Ability to interface directly with customers to improve production deployments • Ability to work directly with the software development team to improve the core products • Ability to influence product direction through software and engineering innovation • Assists other engineers in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale applications • Responsible for in-depth technical papers, presentations, and proposals to customer management and stakeholders • Technical Lead in guiding junior engineers • Works without supervision on the most complex projects with latitude for independent judgment • Advanced knowledge of the field Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
