Job Title - AI System Readiness Location We’re looking for an experienced leader to drive AI readiness across systems, data, and infrastructure, enabling scalable, secure, and high-impact AI adoption. What You’ll Do • Define and lead the strategy to make enterprise systems and data AI-ready • Establish standards for data accessibility, contextualization, and interoperability • Conduct readiness assessments across infrastructure, data, and processes • Partner with IT to prepare cloud environments for AI use cases (embeddings, semantic search, knowledge retrieval) • Enable strong data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks • Ensure infrastructure, APIs, and integrations support high-performance AI workloads • Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, Data, BI, and business teams • Track KPIs and continuously improve AI readiness maturity across the organization What We’re Looking For • 6–10 years of experience in enterprise IT, data architecture, or technology enablement • Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience supporting AI use cases (embeddings, knowledge graphs, contextual retrieval) • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Glean, or similar AI platforms • Solid understanding of APIs, metadata management, and system integrations • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • A clear, executable AI readiness roadmap • Measurable progress in preparing systems and data for AI integration • Improved efficiency, scalability, and consistency across enterprise data • Strong alignment across technology and business teams
