Salary: $130,500 - 179,500 per year
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in developing and configuring a foundational Generative AI platform, including Model Garden and LLM model curation.
• Proven ability to create and publish AI standards, best practices, and architecture documentation.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating the use of Generative AI Code Assistants to enhance developer productivity.
• Hands-on expertise in creating production-grade AI agents with industry-leading platforms such as Azure AI Foundry.
• Familiarity with data platforms like Databricks and skills in organizing unstructured data for scalable Generative AI solutions.
• Experience using advanced techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation for chatbot accuracy and fact grounding.
• Knowledge of vector stores and graph databases for managing complex relationships in AI applications.
• Deep understanding of Azure AI/Data solutions and a proven track record in API integrations for LLM access.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Scaled Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating designs and solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a key member of the AI Center for Enablement, delivering platform engineering and enablement services to support Generative AI adoption.
• Develop and implement AI standards and best practices, while establishing processes for curating AI models in compliance with regulations.
• Create and disseminate technology roadmaps for AI/ML capabilities that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of NFCUs AI Center for Enablement.
• Lead initiatives for enterprise developer productivity through AI-assisted coding and the development of IT chatbots.
• Design, develop, and implement AI engineering solutions focusing on enabling AI governance and quality control measures.
• Curate and enhance high-quality multimodal data in combination with Retrieval Augmented Generation for accuracy.
• Develop and customize AI chatbots for NFCU domains, ensuring model outcomes comply with our standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess commercial AI solutions and provide data-driven recommendations for development.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers and firms specialized in advanced analytics and NLP to enhance value outcomes.
• Build expertise in GPT algorithms and essential processes for Large Language Models, including prompt engineering and interface construction.
