This role is central to the firm’s technological strategy, a hands-on technical leadership role that shapes how the company structures, leverages, and stores data to power its investment and AI platforms. This role ensures that the firms’ data is scalable, strong, and aligned with business transformation, leading to faster decision making, improved analytics, and better performance. Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience leading BI modernization efforts, KPI harmonization, and semantic standardization.
• Executive influence and technical culture leadership
• Enterprise data platform strategy & governance at scale
• Strong and experienced with AI-enabled systems & intelligent automation
• Proficient in SQL and Python, with a good understanding of data architecture, workflow technologies.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Generative AI Integration, applying LLMs for automated documentation
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
