The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and data management with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value. Responsibilities • AI Integration & Data Management: • Design and implement AI-powered solutions. • Manage data lifecycle processes, ensuring high data quality and integrity. • Develop and enforce policies for data governance and compliance. • Automation & Analytics: • Automate business processes using Power Platform and AI tools. • Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. • System Administration & Support: • Maintain and optimize Dynamics 365 and related data systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Provide training and support to end-users. • Continuous Improvement: • Stay updated on advancements in AI, Dynamics 365, and data management. • Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and the ability to build agents. • Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, and data governance. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a structured, cross-functional environment. • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams. • Experience working collaboratively across departments to support solution development and implementation. Education & Experience • Exposure to AI or data-driven applications in a business setting, including custom-built solutions tailored to specific business needs. • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise tools. • Familiarity with data processing, analytics, or reporting workflows. • Experience deploying or supporting applications in production environments, including basic monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting. • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AI/ML technologies. • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Knowledge of SQL, Python for data analysis and automation.
