About the Role We are seeking a highly practical, execution-focused Business Analyst – AI Implementation & Process Automation to identify, test, and implement AI-driven solutions across our organization. This role works directly with business teams across Finance, AR/AP, Operations, Design, Production, Planning, Sales, IT, and HR to map workflows, identify automation opportunities, pilot tools, quantify impact, and deploy solutions into live business processes. This role is not theoretical or strategy-only. The ideal candidate will work directly with operational teams to observe how work actually gets done, identify inefficiencies, and rapidly prototype and deploy practical solutions. The role reports into Business, IT, and Strategy and partners closely across the organization. How You’ll Contribute Process Mapping & Operational Analysis • Observe and document current workflows across business teams. • Create detailed process maps outlining current-state and future-state workflows. • Identify repetitive, manual, error-prone, or time-intensive processes. • Assess data inputs and outputs across systems such as ERP, PLM, WMS, BI, and OMS. • Quantify operational time and cost associated with current processes. AI & Automation Use Case Development • Translate workflow inefficiencies into actionable automation or AI opportunities. • Build lightweight pilots using automation tools, BI platforms, generative AI tools, or scripting. • Define clear use case scope, success metrics, and deployment requirements. • Test and iterate solutions through controlled pilots before broader rollout. • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of implemented solutions. Data & Systems Execution • Partner with IT to extract and validate required datasets. • Build analytical models to support forecasting improvements, anomaly detection, and productivity tracking. • Evaluate vendor AI and automation tools through structured testing. • Create functional requirement documentation for integrations and system enhancements. • Support system configuration and operational deployment. • Utilize data tools such as SQL, BI platforms, and spreadsheets to analyze and support business decisions. Impact Measurement & Business Value • Build ROI models tied to labor savings, error reduction, margin improvement, inventory optimization, and working capital improvements. • Track performance before and after implementation. • Provide leadership with clear reporting on measurable outcomes and operational improvements. • Ensure implemented solutions drive tangible business value and operational efficiency. What You Bring to the Team Required • 4–8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. • Experience working in consumer products, apparel, retail, or supply chain environments. • Strong Excel and business intelligence (BI) tool proficiency. • Demonstrated experience mapping and improving operational workflows. • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with operational teams. Preferred • Exposure to automation platforms such as RPA or workflow automation tools. • Familiarity with AI tools and generative AI platforms. • SQL experience. • Experience working with ERP, PLM, WMS, or OMS systems. • Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement training.
