SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office. Role: We are seeking an AI Process & Productivity Lead to institutionalize the use of AI across core business processes. The mission of this role is to create increasing scale on costs by systematically identifying, implementing, and measuring AI-enabled improvements that drive meaningful productivity gains. Starting with two pilot functions, this leader will design a repeatable framework for AI opportunity identification, deployment, governance, and performance measurement. Success in this role will be defined by sustained, measurable improvements in cost efficiency, cycle time, and quality — and by building an internal capability that enables responsible, scalable AI adoption across the organization. Responsibilities: AI Opportunity Identification and Prioritization • Partner with functional leaders to identify high-leverage processes suitable for AI enablement. • Map workflows, quantify baseline performance (cost, time, quality), and prioritize opportunities based on ROI and feasibility. • Develop clear business cases for AI investments, including expected impact and risks. Implementation and Execution • Lead end-to-end deployment of AI tools and workflow redesign across pilot functions. • Redesign processes to embed AI natively rather than layering tools onto existing inefficiencies. • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure adoption, training, and operational continuity. • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and risk standards. Measurement and Performance Management • Define standardized metrics to assess AI impact (e.g., cost per unit, throughput, error rates, headcount leverage). • Establish dashboards and reporting cadences to track performance. • Deliver sustained productivity improvements in pilot processes, with documented performance over at least six months. • Present regular updates to executive leadership on outcomes, risks, and expansion opportunities. Framework and Capability Building • Develop and document a repeatable AI evaluation and implementation framework. • Create internal playbooks, governance guidelines, and training materials for responsible AI usage. • Establish an intake process for AI ideas across the company. • Expand the program beyond initial pilots as results are validated. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, automation, or strategic initiatives in a high-growth environment. • Demonstrated success delivering measurable productivity, cost, or quality improvements. • Strong analytical capability with comfort defining metrics and evaluating ROI. • Practical familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and modern productivity systems. • Experience operating in regulated or data-sensitive environments is preferred. • Proven aility to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive audiences. This role is suited for a builder who combines operational rigor with pragmatic technical fluency. The focus is not experimentation for its own sake, but durable productivity gains and scalable institutional capability. Compensation: $140,000 - $220,000/year + equity + benefits Note: This salary range is inclusive of multiple career levels, and the actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's education, experience, skills, and qualifications. Perks: • Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents • 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles) • Flexible paid time off • Regular company-wide in-person events • Home office stipend, and more! Corporate Values: • Follow Through • Deep Understanding • Whatever It Takes • Do Something Smart
