We are expanding into an exciting new area that focuses on teaching AI Assistant models to be more effective tools for finance professionals. We are in search of experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA or higher) who can lend their expertise to refine how AI comprehends financial principles and decision-making processes. As we grow our team of finance experts, so too will your opportunities. In this role, your responsibilities will include: • Reviewing and enhancing AI Assistant responses related to macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets. • Utilizing your education and professional experiences to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI Assistant outputs. • Challenging the models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities. • Providing clear, structured feedback to ensure each new version of the AI becomes smarter and more reliable. To excel in this role, you should possess: • Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related field. • A Master’s degree or PhD (completed or in progress) is highly preferred. • Relevant experience in Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning. This is a full-time or part-time remote position where you can select the projects you wish to engage with, all while working on your own schedule. Compensation begins at USD $50-$60 per hour, with potential bonuses for high-quality and high-volume contributions. Responsibilities include: • Presenting AI chatbots with diverse and complex challenges and evaluating their outputs for correctness and performance. • Assessing the quality generated by AI models in relation to accuracy and overall effectiveness. Qualifications include: • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). • A detail-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other financial management reasoning exercises. • A current, in progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
